PARENT QUESTIONS

A few things
worth knowing.

General guidance for camps and clinics. Specific offering details and applicable terms should be reviewed at registration.

Who can participate?

Age, grade, readiness, and experience requirements vary by offering. Use the individual event page rather than assuming all camps and clinics serve the same participants.

Is a camp or clinic an ongoing membership?

No. Camps and clinics run for a set period with designated dates and times, separate from ongoing membership or enrollment programs.

How does payment work?

The program terms describe a single payment or fixed program fee unless registration states otherwise. Full payment is generally required before the program begins. No fee or payment link is active on this page.

What if we miss a session?

The general terms do not provide prorated tuition for partial attendance, late arrival, or early departure. Missed sessions typically do not receive refunds or credits, and additional sessions to replace missed sessions are not guaranteed. Review the terms presented for your specific offering.

What are the cancellation and refund rules?

Eligibility may vary by offering and is communicated during registration. Under the general addendum, payments cannot be refunded once a program begins, and any applicable registration fees cannot be refunded. Review the full applicable terms before committing.

What if the schedule or location changes?

Schedules, locations, instructors, and program content can be adjusted. Monitor official email, SMS, or approved program communications for notices. Weather and facility disruptions are addressed in the program terms; alternative scheduling is not guaranteed.

Does participation guarantee an Academy place?

No. Participating in a camp or clinic does not guarantee placement in another Pure Ambition program. PA Academy has its own evaluation and enrollment process.

How do I find out about camps and clinics?

Use the parent interest form to share your general location and the type of experience you are interested in. Sharing interest does not register your athlete, reserve a place, or add you to a waitlist. Review confirmed event details and registration instructions before making plans.
